Property was very nice but had a few issues during the week. Day one drain in one bathtub was clogged. Owner said I could clear it or he would send plumber out on Monday. I cleaned it since bathtub had to be used to bath my 1 year old granddaughter. Don’t feel that was my place to do and unacceptable to not have it cleaned that same day. First floor air conditioner started not keeping up with keeping house cool. Owner said cause was a deficient part which was identified the week before and had been ordered but was never fixed before our checkout at the end of the week. Lastly, the refrigerator doors are out of alignment and will not close properly unless you specifically push on them. This created a couple times or fridge doors not getting completely closed, therefore fridge did not stay as cool as it should.
